ich habe jetzt eine Beschwerde beim Europäisches Verbraucherzentrum Deutschland eröffnet, bin mal gespannt. Sehr geehrte/r Susan xxx,wir haben Ihre Beschwerde in Bezug auf Shein Spanien mit Referenz ECCDE-103747. erhalten.
Es gab wieder nur eine automatische generierten Floskelnmail von Kathleen, Representante Senior ohne Lösung. Keine Antwort auf meine Fragen oder eine Nachweis über die angeblichen Schäden mit eindeutigen Fotos. Sie reagieren auf nichts.
Finger weg von Shein Spanien, der Kundenservice schickt nur automtisierte Nachrichten ohne Lösung. Es wurden Schuhe zurückgeschickt, das Geld nicht zurückgezahlt und kleine Auskunft warum.
Die Schuhe wurde einfach behalten. Schuhe weg und kein Geld zurück.
60€ Verlust. Nie wieder werde ich bestellen bei Schein Spanien.
Es gab wieder nur eine automatisierte Antwort ohne auf meine E-Mail, Fragen einzugehen oder mir eine Begründung zu geben. Kunden werde einfach ignoriert.

Die Schuhe wurden ordnungsgemäß zurückgesendet, jedoch erfolgte weder eine Rückerstattung noch eine Rücksendung der Ware. Trotz 1015 mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahmen erhielt ich keine nachvollziehbare Begründung. Seitens des Kundenservice wurde lediglich ein Bild mit angeblichen Schäden übermittelt, die ich per KI habe prüfen lassen ohne festgestellte Mängel.
Inzwischen werde ich vollständig vom Kundenservice ignoriert, und der Fall wurde ohne Lösung oder Antwort als abgeschlossen erklärt. Aus meiner Sicht liegt ein betrugsähnliches Verhalten vor.

I received an ordered lamp broken. So I sent it back, and now Shein wrote to me that it is not the correct item and they cannot give me the refund.
Perhaps it might be better not to buy anything from Shein anymore. I feel very disgusted.

No pidan ropa en promocion si no sabrn bien la talla porque no les devolveran el dinero ni les cambiaran la talla
Intenté cambiarlos por la talla correcta, pero no había opción, así que los devolví pensando que recuperaría mi dinero. Para mi sorpresa, por haber usado un cupón solo me reembolsaron 16,69 por los 3 vestidos. He perdido el dinero y también los productos, que se han quedado ustedes. Si lo hubiera sabido, jamás los habría devuelto y los habría regalado.
Me siento estafada y totalmente desamparada como clienta.
He comprado muchas veces en SHEIN, pero después de esto he perdido la confianza. No pienso volver a comprar aquí y me voy a otra plataforma.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. Shein is very awkward to get in touch with, as there is no phone number at all.
Goods not delivered. Courier said wrong address.
Goods returned to sender, I requested repurchase,but they refunded. The Goods cost 32.76.
They only refunded 17.22. No explanation and no one to get in touch with about the refund.

Me pongo en contacto con ustedes para reportar un problema con un pedido realizado hace aproximadamente seis meses. El paquete figura como "entregado" en el sistema de seguimiento, sin embargo, nunca lo recibí.
Me comuniqué con la empresa de transporte correspondiente, pero me han indicado que no pueden ayudarme directamente y que debo contactar con ustedes para resolver esta situación.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They said that I used a shein saver. I probably click something that had additional charges that I thought was free.
I ordered to Shein and paid using my card, but they deducted more than what I ordered. May I know how to get my money or will Shein gonna send it back to me ?

I have been extremely patient regarding my order [ GSO10A26A00MCQ9 ]which I placed on January 4th. The estimated delivery time was January 16-27, yet today is February, and I still have not received my package.
Your response asking me to wait an additional month is completely unacceptable.
Since you have failed to fulfill the order within a reasonable time frame, I am formally requesting a full refund immediately. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 48 hours, I will take the following actions: 1.File a chargeback with my bank/PayPal to recover my money. 2.Submit an official complaint to Spanish consumer protection authorities (OMIC, FACUA).

My order was lost. Probably courier delivered when I wasn't home and left the order by the door, but someone took it and I didn't get it.
Customer service is horrible, they not helping at all, and very rude, just ending chat without solving a thing. They saying that parcel was delivered and they not gonna do anything.
But how it is supposed to be my responsibility that courier left my order without making sure that I will get it. Customer service should work more professionally and try to help, and not just ignore the problem!

I was informed of a SHEIN delivery today. The delivery was to a Inpost locker in La Zenia Shopping Centre Spain.
I have now recieved a notice that the parcel will be returned to sender, and a photo of the Inpost boxes!

It is impossible to get contact with SHEIN or Inpost. Very dis appointing service from both companies.
