Me pongo en contacto con ustedes para reportar un problema con un pedido realizado hace aproximadamente seis meses. El paquete figura como "entregado" en el sistema de seguimiento, sin embargo, nunca lo recibí.
Me comuniqué con la empresa de transporte correspondiente, pero me han indicado que no pueden ayudarme directamente y que debo contactar con ustedes para resolver esta situación.
El valor total del pedido asciende a 40 euros.
Dado el tiempo transcurrido y la falta de resolución, solicito amablemente que revisen el caso y me informen sobre la posibilidad de un reembolso o alguna otra solución. Cuento con toda la información del pedido si la necesitan para su verificación.

Resolved: The shein get more on my card than what i ordered
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They said that I used a shein saver. I probably click something that had additional charges that I thought was free.
I ordered to Shein and paid using my card, but they deducted more than what I ordered. May I know how to get my money or will Shein gonna send it back to me ?
Hope that Shein fix their payment method. Thank you so much.

Not receiving any response and my order more than 1 month
I have been extremely patient regarding my order [ GSO10A26A00MCQ9 ]which I placed on January 4th. The estimated delivery time was January 16-27, yet today is February, and I still have not received my package.
Your response asking me to wait an additional month is completely unacceptable.
Since you have failed to fulfill the order within a reasonable time frame, I am formally requesting a full refund immediately. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 48 hours, I will take the following actions: 1.File a chargeback with my bank/PayPal to recover my money. 2.Submit an official complaint to Spanish consumer protection authorities (OMIC, FACUA).
3.Expose this issue publicly on social media and review platforms.
This is my final request before escalating this matter legally. I expect a clear solution within 48 hours.plus receiving my order without any money

My order was lost. Probably courier delivered when I wasn't home and left the order by the door, but someone took it and I didn't get it.
Customer service is horrible, they not helping at all, and very rude, just ending chat without solving a thing. They saying that parcel was delivered and they not gonna do anything.
But how it is supposed to be my responsibility that courier left my order without making sure that I will get it. Customer service should work more professionally and try to help, and not just ignore the problem!

Lack of delivery
I was informed of a SHEIN delivery today. The delivery was to a Inpost locker in La Zenia Shopping Centre Spain.
I have now recieved a notice that the parcel will be returned to sender, and a photo of the Inpost boxes!
No code given!
It is impossible to get contact with SHEIN or Inpost. Very dis appointing service from both companies.

Haven’t received anything

They deducted more than what I ordered
I ordered in Shein and paid using my card, but they deducted more than what is on the total payment of my order. I hope someone will help me retrieve the money on Shein or explain to me why that happened.

Uncontactable, no communication, order never came for my wedding
A delivery that was sent on the 3rd still hasn't arrived on the 18th the delivery company don't have it and shein said its been sent. I've been desperately trying to contact someone to no avail.
There website is a shambles and doesn't let you send a message to live chat because it won't let you select order number!
I'm getting married on Friday and this has caused me so much stress and anger everyday trying to get it sorted and delivered in time. Disgraceful customer service or lack there of!!
